It was a simple job.
A 55" TV mounted over a fireplace, and then I secured the cable box behind the TV for a clean look, and did exterior cord concealing of an extension cord and 15' coax cable to keep it looking clean.
Doing in-wall cord concealing in this scenario was cost prohibitive for the client so this was the perfect solution.
